I like the effect of texture in this piece. It almost makes it look like it was drawn on cardboard.
I like the stars, they're so chubby and cute... they look edible actually.
Ah- advanced critique encouaged... *thinks* I like the simplicity of the chibi figure, but perhaps you could have defined just little hint of hands and shoes. Maybe even a little corner of face. Would have made her seem a little more rounded?

There is a little corner of the face in the drawing, I just didn't shade it as I liked the texture showing through. You're right about the hands and shoes, although I must confess, I developed that style of drawing me to avoid drawing those things.
